Mowing Services                                    Starting at $30 per visit

Platinum Maintenance Package                              (Best Value)
Weekly mowing, trimming, and edging.  Bed weeding and shrub pruning will be performed on an as needed basis.  This package is designed for homeowners that wish to keep beds and shrubs neat in appearance as needed throughout the month.  Shrub pruning occurs approximately 4-5 times during the growing season.  Pine straw (twice per year) and mulch (once per year) refreshing throughout the year is also included so the homeowner has no need to worry about anything all year long.

Gold Maintenance Package                                  (Most Popular)
Weekly mowing, trimming, and edging. Bed weeding and shrub pruning will be performed on an as needed basis. This package is designed for homeowners that wish to keep beds and shrubs neat in appearance as needed throughout the month. Shrub pruning occurs approximately 4-5 times during the growing season.

Silver Maintenance Package                             
Weekly mowing, trimming, and edging only. This package is designed for the homeowner that prefers to maintain their own shrubs and beds throughout the year. Additional services such as bed weeding and shrub pruning would be performed at the discounted hourly rate of $60 per man per hour.
 
*Platinum, Gold, and Silver prices are based on a yearly commitment and 35 visits per calendar year. Visits are weekly May through October. You’ll receive two visits April, November and December. Then you’ll receive one visit January through March.  Growing season only plans are also available.

Standard Weed Control and Fertilization   
Starting at $40/Application
Basic chemical turf management applied 7x per year. The costs can be rolled into the monthly maintenance package for $30/month instead of billing at each application. 

Elite Weed Control and Fertilization         
Starting at $60/Application
In addition to the basic chemical turf management, the homeowner receives an 8th application with nitrogen. The Spring and Fall applications also contain fungicides to prevent Summer and Winter fungus. Service calls between applications and a soil analysis are also included with this program. The costs can be rolled into the monthly maintenance package for $47/month instead of billing at each application.
